• Using the services if you are no longer legally eligible under Egyptian law or unable to enter into binding contracts, or if your account has been suspended.
• Failure to pay for purchased products.
• Sellers failing to pay platform commissions on sold products.
• Using contact details received during transactions to conduct business outside the platform.
• Manipulating product prices.
• Interfering with other users’ listings.
• Taking any actions that could damage the platform’s rating or review systems.
• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory content.
• Transferring your account to another party without prior written approval.
• Sending unsolicited emails or messages (spam).
• Uploading viruses or using any technology that may harm our services or other users’ data or property.
• Violating any intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, moral rights, advertising rights, database rights, etc.

1.3. Sakr Stores reserves the right to periodically review your content and may remove any content at its sole discretion for any reason.

2.3. Sellers bear full and direct responsibility for any misuse of buyers' personal data. Sakr Stores shall not be held liable for any misuse of buyer data by sellers.

3.1. Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms of Use:

3.1.1. All sellers and vendors (licensees) on our platform must provide proof of ownership of the listed products and evidence of authorization to sell branded products if the product bears a registered trademark.

3.1.2. All content on the site is owned by us or our licensors, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software. We (or our licensors) retain all rights, ownership, and interests, including all intellectual property rights.
