Product Return and Exchange Policy

• The customer has the right to return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase only. After this period, the right to return or exchange is void for any reason.
• The customer is not entitled to return or exchange products that were custom-made or specifically manufactured for the customer, such as roller shutters (sheesh hasira), aluminum joinery, or any special orders imported or produced upon the customer's request (including but not limited to these examples).
• To process a return or exchange, the original packaging and box must be intact, along with all included components and accompanying documents. The product must not be used.
  If the original order included a free gift, it must also be returned with the product. Failure to return the gift will result in rejection of the return or exchange request.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed at the original purchase value within 3 business days, after inspection and technical review by the company.
• In case of payment via Visa, MasterCard, or e-wallet, an administrative fee of 2.5% of the product value will be deducted.
  For payments made via Fawry or Paymob, an administrative fee of 3% will be deducted.
• If the product is returned after the box has been opened, a 1% deduction from the total product value will be applied as a repackaging fee.
• In all cases, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
